TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by Jackson Pierce Public Affairs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

This website is intended to provide information about Job Corps enrollment and workforce development services for individuals ages 16 to 24. We operate as a recruiting contractor supporting the U.S. Department of Labor's Job Corps program.

2. Description of Services

Our website provides informational resources about Job Corps, a free federal career training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. Our services include:

  • Information about Job Corps program eligibility and enrollment
  • Outreach and recruitment assistance for prospective Job Corps students
  •  Chat widget to request more information or schedule consultations 
  • Educational content about career training and workforce development

We do not charge participants any fees for Job Corps recruitment or enrollment services. Job Corps itself is a free program funded by the federal government.

3. Eligibility

 This website and its services are designed for individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 who may be eligible to enroll in Job Corps. By submitting your information, you represent that you are either (a) at least 18 years of age, or (b) a minor between the ages of 16 and 17 with verifiable parental or guardian consent prior to submitting any personal information or consenting to SMS communications. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate. 


4. User Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the website

5. No Guarantee of Enrollment

Submitting an inquiry or contact form through this website does not guarantee acceptance into the Job Corps program. Enrollment is subject to eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Labor and the applicable Job Corps center. We serve as a recruiting contractor and cannot guarantee program placement.

These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and are not responsible for their accuracy, privacy policies, or terms of service.

Our total liability for any claim related to this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Jackson Pierce Public Affairs, Inc. is an independent contractor that assists with Job Corps recruitment and outreach. We are not a federal government agency. Job Corps is a program of the U.S. Department of Labor. References to Job Corps on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an official endorsement by any federal agency.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jackson Pierce Public Affairs, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 13. SMS Messaging 

Jackson Pierce Public Affairs, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 who have expressed interest in the Job Corps free federal trade training program. Message types include program information, enrollment updates, eligibility confirmation, recruiter follow-up, and regional info session scheduling. Message frequency varies based on enrollment activity and recruiter outreach. Messages are sent via automated SMS technology.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Jackson Pierce Public Affairs, Inc. and its SMS service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier liability for delayed or undelivered messages is expressly disclaimed.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time reply STOP to any message you receive. To request help reply HELP. For additional support contact us at smith.dennis@jobcorps.org.

SMS opt-in data and consent will never be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive Job Corps recruitment services and is not a condition of enrollment.
