Our Mission
At Jackson Pierce, we believe every young person deserves a real shot at a better life, and we exist to make sure no one between 16 and 24 misses out on a life-changing opportunity simply because they did not know it existed. Our mission is to connect motivated young adults to Job Corps, a free federal program that provides career training, housing, health care, and real job placement support for those ready to build something better. We cut through the confusion, answer the hard questions, and guide students from their very first conversation through enrollment. No cost. No runaround. Just a real opportunity for those ready to grab it. At Jackson Pierce, we are committed to strengthening our community one young person at a time, giving every student the tools, training, and support they need to build a future worth showing up for.
